Shipping

In-stock items are packaged and shipped from our studio in Richmond, Virginia, within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times do not include creation time for custom art, nor print-on-demand fabrics and wallpaper.

We ship using UPS ground or USPS ground advantage for addresses within the continental United States. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information. If you would like to upgrade your shipping selection or add on shipping insurance, you can contact us with your order at contact@theodoramiller.com. Additional rates for expedited shipping will apply. 

Theodora Miller is not responsible for shipping times or shipping delays once your package has left our facilities.

Custom art and design projects production timelines vary by complexity and studio schedules, with details specified in project proposals and contracts. 

Artisanal Fabrics & Wallpaper

Artisanal fabrics and wallpapers are print-to-order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production time plus shipping time. We recommend ordering at least 4-5 weeks prior to wallpaper installation or textile fabrication projects. Rush orders are optional and available for a fee. For international shipping, the carrier is dependent upon your location/final destination. Theodora Miller LLC is not responsible for any custom charges or Value-Added Taxes. Please reach out to us at contact@theodoramiller.com for additional details.

Return and Refund Policy

Given the artisanal nature of our creations, all sales are final. We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipping. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Returns are not accepted. We strongly recommend that you carefully review items in cart before completing your purchase. 

As Theodora Miller fabric and wallpaper is printed to order and final sale, we strongly encourage the purchase of swatches prior to placing orders. Please note that subtle color differences in dye lots are to be expected. Be sure to double check all details of your print order, especially colorway, yardage/roll length, etc.  We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipping, however final responsibility rests with the customer.

Damaged Shipments

On rare occasions, damages may happen during transit. Therefore, we request that you carefully inspect your purchases upon arrival. Any damages noted at the time of delivery must be shared along with photographs within five days at contact@theodoramiller.com. We will replace damaged items in our sole discretion.
